Payment

Your account can be paid securely online using Pay Pal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment, simply follow the steps below.

1. Click the 'Make a Payment' button below
2. Enter the amount you would like to pay at the top and press the 'Update Totals' button
3. On the left side of the screen, locate the 'Don't have a PayPal account?' section and click on the 'Continue' link or button.
4. Follow the instructions on-screen to complete your payment and billing information.

A consultation fee of $20 per every 15 minutes will be requested for the above services. In addition, a $10 health survey assessment interpretation is outside the consultation charge and assessed for each survey review performed. The fees will be collected before the scheduled appointment by making a payment using the link above. Thank you for allowing me to be of service to enhance your health and well-being. You will be invoiced for any products purchased but payment may be made online.
